Graphic design got me in the door. Product design kept me there. For 5+ years, I’ve worked across the full process at B2B/B2C SaaS companies, from research, stakeholder conversations, UI design, and, most recently, leading a design system rebuild from scratch that teams are still using today.

I think of product design a bit like detective work. You gather clues, spot patterns, and connect the dots until the path forward makes sense for the people using it, and for the business behind it. The fun part is that the clues rarely come from one place.

That’s why the best solutions I’ve shipped came out of conversations with engineers and PMs, not from working alone. That’s where complex problems get untangled and turn into something simple and shippable. And if I get to do that with a team of genuinely great people, well, that’s the cherry on top.

In recent months, I’ve been exploring how AI tools can support creative and strategic workflows, from rubber ducking through problems to speeding up prototyping. It’s fascinating to see how these tools are becoming part of the creative process.
