She delivered high-quality work on everything from high-level solution concepts to UX flows and specific Ul, as well as customer interviews and UX research. As our design lead, she was also responsible for the overall look and feel of our apps. She was the one that established our design system and led her design and front-end colleagues in adopting and maintaining it. Even under tight deadlines and juggling multiple initiatives, Devina would make sure to zoom out to understand the root problems and the overall picture, before zooming back into the solution. I always felt confident in her judgement and her ability to figure things out.

She was someone I could always go to for advice, whether it was about a difficult design problem, getting some feedback on my work, or managing stakeholder expectations.
